This includes the cabinet, refrigerant system components, and all internal system components, warranted against defects in material and workmanship.

This warrants the service labor allowance for five years, plus an additional five years FREE when product is registered.

    • All internal water circuit parts
    • All internal controls/electrical parts

  • 10-Year Warranty on Select Accessory Items: must be purchased through Hudron Module and includes:
    • Flow centers
    • EWC Zoning
    • Internal plenum and closed coupled auxiliary heaters
    • Air handlers and a-coils (for split system and hydronic applications)

  • 5-Year Warranty on Thermostats
  • Must be purchased through Hydron Module

  • A 5-Year Labor Allowance* on the Following Items:
    • All standard unit components
    • Flow centers
    • Internal plenum and closed coupled auxiliary heaters
    • Air handlers and a-coils (for split system and hydronic applications)
Get a FREE warranty upgrade that includes an additional 5-year labor allowance (covering years 6 – 10) at no cost by registering your unit within 60 days of installation. In order for registration to be valid, all information on the warranty registration form must be the original owner’s accurate information.

  • Hydron Module offers the best standard geothermal warranty – pure and simple. To make Hydron Module’s warranty offerings even better than its best, we offer the Option 18 Warranty, which covers a one-time replacement for both the compressor and all-aluminum microchannel air coil (if applicable) to the original homeowners up to 18 years. This coverage ends 18 years from the installation date.

    Optional warranty reductions available with the 5/5/5 or 10-year parts only warranty. The Option 18 Warranty is not available with reduced warranty coverage options.

*5-Year Labor Allowance is transferable from original homeowners to new homeowners.

Hydron Module D-I-Y Policy

Hydron Module geothermal heat pumps and system installations may include electrical, refrigerant and/or water connections. Federal, state and local codes and regulations apply to various aspects of the installation. Improperly installed equipment can lead to equipment failure and health/safety concerns. For these reasons, only qualified technicians should install a Hydron Module geothermal system.

Because of the importance of proper installation, Hydron Module does not sell equipment direct to homeowners. Internet websites and HVAC outlets may allow for purchases directly by homeowners and do-it-yourselfers, but Hydron Module offers no warranty on equipment that is purchased via the internet or installed by persons without proper training.

Hydron Module has set forth this policy to ensure installations of Hydron Module geothermal systems are done safely and properly. The use of well-trained, qualified technicians helps ensure that your system provides many years of comfort and savings.
